Sam sold our house in record time (less than a month) above market rate, even though the house needed a lot of work. He took care of the everything and kept the process extremely simple for us. We literally just needed to sign the paperwork. He also attracted a lot of buyers’ agents in person that drummed up a lot of business… incredible from end to end.

Sam was on top of all the new listings making sure I had a shot at everything that came up. I must have viewed over 50 properties and put bids on serveral of those. The property we got was one that popped back up on the market … Sam jumped on it … and we got it! I ended up referring Sam to my brother to sell his condo. Sam helped him get his place painted and bathroom remodeleld and it sold for top dollar.
